At Crown Sukkah, we go above and beyond to ensure our products are of the highest quality. Here’s what you can expect with our warranties:

Metal Warranty:

A 12-year warranty covering rust, bending, or breakage under normal use. To maintain this coverage, repack the components after use and store them in a dry, covered location. We will repair or replace any defective metal poles, supports, beams, or rods due to normal weathering or holiday use.

Fabric Warranty:

We provide a 1-year warranty for fabric defects, including rips and tears under normal usage during the Sukkah holiday. If any issues occur, we will repair or replace the fabric at no charge.

Schach Warranty:

Our Schach comes with a first-use warranty that covers breakage or fractures during normal holiday use. Claims must be submitted within 2 weeks after the Sukkot holiday.

Warranty Conditions:

• The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser, with proof of purchase and payment required.

• Damage from extreme weather conditions (such as heavy winds, storms, hurricanes, or flooding) or improper storage, including exposure to humidity, mold, or mildew, is not covered.

• Modifications or alterations to the Sukkah, improper setup or disassembly, use of adhesives or external fasteners, or adding extra weight to the structure will void the warranty.

• Usage of non-Crown Sukkah Schach or other components not purchased from Crown Sukkah will invalidate the warranty.

• Proper storage is crucial—components must be stored in their original packaging, in a dry, covered environment free from extreme temperatures or moisture, to ensure long-term use and warranty validity.

Additional Exclusions:

• Extended use beyond the temporary, seasonal duration of the Sukkah holiday is not covered.

• Claims arising from improper handling, setup, or use of non-standard materials (e.g., applying glue, tape, or hanging items on the structure) are excluded.

• Fabric warranty excludes damage from stretching, puncturing, or storage in wet or mold-prone environments.
